I couldn't find my appointement in Microsoft Certification Dashboard?

Hi, I had scheduled my online exam for 14 May 2021 at 7:30 PM through Pearson Vue. I didn't receive the receipt and couldn't see the appointment details in Microsoft Certification Dashboard. I called Pearson Vue regarding this and they told me that I have scheduled my exam but there's an ongoing issue with Microsoft which leads to the confusion. Please help me and reschedule my exam.
