Hi All,

I have a scenario wherein i have to create a data warehouse table for a file which contains survey like data. It contains columns which indicates if a person has completed any certification, in which month certification was completed, the country and region of the employee, etc.

There is no Numerical data present in the file and it is snapshot kind of data which we would receive monthly and would keep on getting appended in the table.

Confused if this table would be a Fact table or a Dim table.

It is neither - it is denormalized set of data. If it is not related to a numerical value then it is not a fact nor is it a dim. And not all data needs to be modeled as fact or dim tables - read up on Data Vault modeling or 3NF
