Obtain copy of passed Exams MCSA Windows server 2016 (retired)

Hi,
I tried to access my certification dashboard on my Mac and the file that downloads has no data. I've passed 2/3 exams for the Windows server 2016 MCSA certification before it retired early this year. I am trying to obtain copies of the passed exams not the certification for proof to my employer. I am unable to access anything on my dashboard or get a contact number for certification support. Is the Q&A forum the only place where I can speak to cert support rep? I would like to talk to one to explain my situation and what I am trying to accomplish.
