Download this free tool: https://learn.microsoft.com/sysinternals/downlo... click Run now from Sysinternals Live. It should download the file. You can go ahead and run it. Then use the spyglass icon to search for "line.vbs" and see if it finds any. If so, you can right click and delete. Then on the next startup, you should not encounter this pop-up again.
If it cannot find it, go to the scheduled tasks tab, find each highlighted (yellow) entry where it says "file not found", delete those records. Restart the computer after that.
