Consuladaing 5 AD to 1 then sync with Azure AD using azure conect?

Hello All,

Please recommend the best way of doing 5 active directors consolidation with one active directory after that I want to sync with existing azure AD using azure connect.
For consolidation, I am planning to go with ADMT Kit.
