Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

Thank you for the information. Please proceed with the steps below.

    Change Date Format:

Open Settings by pressing Win + I.

Navigate to Time & Language > Language & region.

Scroll down to Regional format and click Change formats.

Under Short date, select the desired format (e.g., dd-MMM-yyyy for 22-Oct-2024).

    Change Time Format:

In the same Change formats menu, go to Short time.

    Select a 12-hour format (e.g., h:mm tt for 12-hour time with AM/PM)

Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Thank you for the information. You might need to navigate to control panel.

Open Control Panel (search for it from the Start menu).

Go to Clock and Region > Region.

In the Formats tab, click on Additional settings.

Navigate to the Date tab and:

For the Short date field, input: dd-MMM-yyyy (this will give you 22-Oct-2024).

Now, navigate to the Time tab:

For the Short time field, use h:mm tt to get the 12-hour time with AM/PM (e.g., 02:30 PM).

Click Apply and OK to save the changes.

Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

I tried the Control Panel option. There is no such option. dd-MM-yyyy gives 30-10-2024 and d-M-y gives 30-10-24
