What options are available to back-up & restore Azure SQL Server, SQL Database & Storage Account?

Regarding, storage Backup - For now we do not have any option to backup the entire storage account. However, you can use RAGRS or GZRS to achieve high availability on the storage account. Please refer to Azure Blob Storage enhancing data protection and recovery capabilities
