Why does this message keep popping up everytime I try to play some games on windows 11. I just bought this PC.

The message is "error a redistributable package (Directx) was not installed correctly setup cant continue" it has been popping up when i try to play apex or dying light. I have also looked and it says i have directx 12, I'm on windows 11

if anyone can help much appreciated

    hey Dave thanks for the quick response but idk what i did but after like 30 restarts and 3 hours of just random guessing i got it working somehow?

    Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.

    On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display Tab.

    Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.
