Claiming the digital badge of the Excel Certificate

Hi!

I have completed and passed the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) on 17/5/2021. However, I still haven't received my digital badge on Credly/Acclaim nor have I received any email concerning the badge.

How can I claim my digital badge or how long will it take to receive my digital badge?
