If you have already tried the command prompt method and applied the registry file from the Eleven Forum website but are still encountering issues, it's possible that the registry key might be missing.
In your situation, it appears that disabling this option in the BIOS isn't possible. To resolve the issue, it's best to contact your PC manufacturer for assistance in exploring potential BIOS settings and making necessary changes.
Meanwhile, please check the registry settings below.
- Open the Registry Editor and navigate it to
Computer\HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
In the right pane, select, New > DWORD32 bit value and name it as PlatformAoAcOverride and set the value data to 0.
Restart your PC.
Disclaimer: Generally, modifying registry subkeys or work group is intended for advanced users, administrators, and IT Professionals. It can help fix some problems, however, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For further protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
