    Hi JoseBN,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the original description, the device seems to be experiencing issues related to the boot process.

This could be related to different factors including, but not limited to, driver failures, component conflicts, corrupted account profile, corrupted system components, and physical failures.

If possible, would you mind sharing more information about this issue with us?

    • An accessible Windows Desktop Environment or Windows Recovery Environment is a prerequisite for troubleshooting. Before posting this thread or by the time you receive this reply, have you tried restarting your device to access Windows Recovery Environment or Safe Mode? Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

If these options are not accessible, unfortunately, there may be partition corruption or physical failure of the disk, and you may need to contact a professional offline computer support store to assist you with a complete data backup and test a new disk.

If I misunderstand your situation, feel free to correct me and share the information.

    Best Regards,
