Trying to resolve an Azure Virtual Network Gateway intermittent S2S connectivity issue (to a Fortinet device). Can someone please clarify what is meant by Step 6 of the troubleshooting steps below?

Hi @Vincent Molloy ,

I read Step 6 like this - The Public IP of the Fortinet Device should no be in a configured Address Space in the Local Network Gateway configuration.

Thank You Andreas. That could be it but typically the IP address is going to be a publicly routable IP address and the address space will be an internal (not publicly routable) private address space? So I'm not sure there could be an overlap?

Hi Vincent,
I am with you.
The Step 6 is very vague. And there is only the "address space config" in Local Network Gateway where an IP can be part of.
