I need a way to find my backup because I think I've lost everything or replaced my backup, idk I just need help because I can't afford to lose everything

i already had that account, but instead of restore, I logged in with it. i think it made a new backup and replaced my old one. i need a way to access to my previous backup

Even if I backup, I can't find anything. I logged in with my account and apparently lost everything
Also note;
you must first make sure that the account you're recovering doesn't exist in the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, if you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app.
