Have you just updated to 6.0.12 from a previous version or is this the first install of VirtualBox on the host. I run that version on Windows 10 without this issue.

Have you checked on Oracle forums.

    Hi Verified:heavy_check_mark:5,

check that hyper-v is not turned on

click start, type turn windows features on or off

    press enter

    un-tick Hyper-v

    un-tick sandbox

    click OK

you may need to restart the host, before trying the VM again

This is the first install of VirtualBox on the host. Also I have checked the forums and other people have been having this issue, but I've tried the solutions listed on the forums and they haven't fixed the issue. Apparently it is something to do with Hyper-V but I am running Windows 10 Home.

I've been running VirtualBox on Windows 10 Home for many year over many versions and is currently 6.0.12.

What version/build of Windows 10 do you have currently.

Settings in Installed windows features are set to default for me and Task Manager shows Virtualization is Enabled. What is your device spec or make and model.?
