    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out about recalling emails in the Outlook web version. While the Outlook web versiondoesn't have a direct recall feature like the desktop application, there are some workarounds you can try:

    For Outlook Web Version

    1. *Enable Undo Send Option*

    • Click the settings icon (cogwheel) in the top right corner.
    • Select “Settings” and then “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom.
    • Choose “Email” and then “Compose and reply.”
    • Scroll down to “Undo send” and set the time limit for recalling messages.
    • Don’t forget to click “Save” to apply the changes.

    2. *Using Undo Send*

    • After sending an email, if you need to recall it, click “Undo” within the set time limit. This option appears immediately after sending an email.

    For Outlook Application:

    1. *Recalling an Email*

    • Open Outlookand go to the “Sent Items” folder.
    • Find the email you want to recall and double-click to open it.
    • Click on the “Actions” menu and select “Recall This Message.”
    • Remember, this only works if the recipient hasn’t already opened the email.

These steps should help you manage your emails effectively. If you have any further questions or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you!
