What is the purpose and use of the Surface Pro 6 Connect port?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry.  

    The Surface Connect port is use for power delivery, it's where you connect the charger to charge the device. The Surface Connect port is use for Surface Dock connection. Surface Dock is a surface accessory wherein you can use it for multi-connections for USB ports and etc.
