how to uninstall Java from windows 10

Question

I had recently installed Java (JavaSetup8u171) on my computer running windows 10. I needed it to be able to install a driver for nvidia drivers and now I do not need the java installed on my computer (though I could be wrong). if possible how do I uninstall it? it is not showing in the apps & features neither the control panel for add remove programs. will it or will it not cause problems for me in the future?

1-Click on Start

2-The configuration

3-Select System

4-Select Applications and functions

5-Select the program you want to uninstall and click on the Uninstall button.

6-Respond to data requests to complete the uninstallation

Note: If you have problems removing Java, run the Microsoft tool to repair corrupted files and registry keys that prevent programs from starting completely or blocking new installations and updates.

Well according to the Oracle Java website, the procedure is as follows:

Windows 10 - Uninstall Programs

Click Start

Select Settings

Select System

Select Apps & features

Select the program to uninstall and then click its Uninstall button.

Respond to the prompts to complete the uninstall

Could be an extension in your browser where you will see it.

So for example if you are using Internet Explorer go to the pinwheel top right and then click Manage Add-ons.

And from there you can disable add-ons\extensions.

Do you that for all your browsers.

Normally having different versions of Java doesn't cause issues that i have come across... I think i have 3 versions and haven't run into any problems.
