Windows 11 Bluetooth Errors with Headphones

I recently got a new PC and the headphones I use are Bluetooth. Whenever they're connected to the computer they work properly for around 15 minutes (give or take, really depends) and then the audio starts to glitch out and stutter. My sound drivers are up to date, the cache to the drivers have been cleared, and wired audio from a 3.5 works fine. I've read all around the forums and tried what I could but if there's any suggestions on how to fix this issue please let me know.

    Hi EvanMM

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

I understand your problem your bluetooth headset works on your computer for a little while and then the audio fails

    1. Uninstall the Bluetooth driver and reinstall it.

Press Win + X and select “Device Manager”.

In Device Manager, find the “Bluetooth” option and click to expand it.

Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter (usually shows up as something like “Intel Wireless Bluetooth” or “Realtek Bluetooth Adapter”).

In the confirmation window that pops up, check the “Remove driver software for this device” option and click “Uninstall”.

After the uninstallation is complete, restart your computer and the driver will be automatically recognized and reinstalled.

    1. Check the source of interference

Bluetooth devices are susceptible to interference from other wireless devices. Try the following methods:

Make sure there are not too many obstacles between your Bluetooth headset and your computer.

Try to stay away from other wireless devices (such as Wi-Fi routers, wireless mice and keyboards, etc.).

    1. Update your operating system

Make sure your operating system is the latest version, sometimes updates can solve compatibility issues.

If the above doesn't work you can try to connect the Bluetooth to another computer to see if it works.

If the other computer is able to work properly, it may be the Bluetooth module on your computer is faulty, you can try to use external Bluetooth.

Contact me if you need anything else.

    Best wishes

Tried all the things you've suggested and none have worked.

I've tried to use an external Bluetooth adapter that I used on my old PC but that makes the issue even worse.
