Add the old MSN Messenger feature "Nudge" to Teams

Back on Windows 98, my most favorite messenger application, MSN Messenger, had a feature called "Nudge" in the chat window. It would shake the window and highlight the application to get your attention. This would be an amazing add-on for those who have read a chat message on passing and forgot to reply. Rather than having to reach out to the user again, you could send them a nudge and highlight the recent chat list item.

To me, this feature is not something funny. It is a help to get someone's attention about something urgent. Often I do not notice that I have received a new message, and I know this applies to others as well. Of course, the receiver has the option to turn off the feature, and it is not possible to nudge more than so often. This is also what it used to be in the old messenger.

that idea would be great except it would rather be more annoying than funny, but still good one
