    Thank you for the update. Since this issue isn't supported here on the Azure Q&A forums, I did my best to look into this issue for you and will post my findings below.

    Based off our Credit Card documentation it states, "the supported payment methods for Microsoft Azure are credit cards and check/wire transfer". Which is the reason why you're receiving issues when trying to use your Debit card on Azure.

    When adding/using a credit card, if you experience issues, please refer to the below links. If you continue experiencing billing related issues after adding a credit card to your account, please create a support request with our subscription management team for further assistance.
