    1

    Right click any column header

    2

Turn on the Command Line column from the resulting list

    3

    Expand the Command Line column

When you see those 'console window host' processes, please provide a screenshot of that Task Manager window showing all text in the Command Line column.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Those Command processes should not be running in the background, and some other process is using 100% of your processor, most likely this are caused by malware.

Run a full offline scan with Defender, then when that scan completes and your PC restarts, download the Microsoft Safety Scanner and run a full scan with that.

I do not see anything indicating malware from the information in the Command Line column, it may just be some software you have installed on your PC that is running those command processes.
