hi
we a client who has a surface and its was connected to azure AD using work account. we want to disconnect that account from it so I created a local administrator user and login to surface using the local account. From there I went to settings- accounts- and I tried to disconnect the email but the surface is not recognizing the local account and giving error on PIC I attached?
They are also using intune as well.
Any idea !

This is unrelated to Intune so I am removing the Intune tag.
For the issue though, the error message is fairly clear. What exactly are you providing for the two fields in the dialog? Are you sure the account is added to the local admins account and that the password you are supplying is correct? Is the account enabled as well?
