The BitLocker encryption on This drive isn't compatible with your version of Windows. Try opening the drive using a newer version of Windows.

I got the error as shown in the picture. My current laptop is using win10 and has bitlocker encrypted, then I took The old laptop's ssd to backup data. When decrypting bitlocker.

The laptop turned off and the decryption process.

When I turned it back on, I got the error as above. . I really need to get the data back on my device :))

I hope for the team's early support.

    The device has been reset to the correct version to unlock bitlocker OS Build 19045.3031
