Question

I got the error as shown in the picture. My current laptop is using win10 and has bitlocker encrypted, then I took The old laptop's ssd to backup data. When decrypting bitlocker.

The laptop turned off and the decryption process.

When I turned it back on, I got the error as above. . I really need to get the data back on my device :))

I hope for the team's early support.

The device has been reset to the correct version to unlock bitlocker OS Build 19045.3031

I selected the correct available version but still get the same error as above. I have the bitlocker key but can't unlock it. We look forward to the support of the people. :((
