in printing the ebirforms, it says "no preview available". There appears "Internet Explorer - print" which I noticed just now; I can't therefore print what I want either to PDF or to hard copies.

    Hello SB DE PERALTA

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

When you encounter a "no preview available" message while trying to print eBIRForms and see the "Internet Explorer - print" dialogue, it's usually due to compatibility issues or settings within the software or your browser.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Compatibility Settings: eBIRForms software often relies on Internet Explorer for certain functionalities, including printing. Ensure that Internet Explorer's compatibility settings are correctly configured for the eBIRForms application. You might need to add the eBIRForms site to the list of compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer.
    2. Use Internet Explorer: If you are not already using Internet Explorer, try opening the eBIRForms application in Internet Explorer itself, as the application is often optimized for this browser.
    3. Update eBIRForms and Internet Explorer: Make sure that you are using the latest version of the eBIRForms software and that your Internet Explorer is up to date. Older versions might have compatibility issues.
    4. PDF Printer Software: If you're trying to print to PDF and encounter issues, ensure that your PDF printer software is correctly installed and selected as the printer. Programs like Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Reader, or even the Microsoft Print to PDF feature in Windows can be used.
    5. Check Printer Settings: If you're trying to print a hard copy, ensure that your physical printer is correctly set up, turned on, and connected to your computer. Also, check the printer selection in the print dialog to make sure the correct printer is selected.
    6. Run as Administrator: Try running the eBIRForms software as an administrator. Right-click the eBIRForms application shortcut and select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
    7. Disable Pop-up Blocker: Make sure that the pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer is disabled, as it might be blocking the print preview or the print dialog.
    8. Consult the eBIRForms Manual or Support: Refer to the eBIRForms software manual for specific instructions on printing. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the eBIRForms support team for assistance specific to their software.
    9. Try a Different Computer: If possible, try printing from a different computer to see if the issue is specific to your computer's setup.

If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards
