It does work without any changes if you have been deploying 20H2. Built, captured, and applied with success! You do need the UEFi fix and mdt hotfix for 8456!

Has anybody had an issue importing Windows 10 21H1 into MDT from the ISO ? I did already convert the .esd to .wim format but I still am not able to do it. MDT version 6.3.8456.1000 and Windows ADK 10.1.19041.1. I exported only Windows 10 Pro index which was 6. When I try to import it into MDT I get "unable to get information for Wim file.

Ok. I should have spelled out... use 7zip to extract the ISO and then import from the extracted folder, the outer folder. It gives me all the editions but I remove the ones I don't want and I've never had an issue this way.

Finally figured it out. For some odd reason I did not use the /compress:max when exporting .esd to .wim. Once I used the /compress:max I was able to import the OS. Thanks for all your comments anyway.
