New Manage devices under Mobile devices in settings not signing in my account

I recently updated my Windows 11 and got a new feature. This new feature helps with mobile devices and Phone Link.

It can be found on Windows 11 Settings < Bluetooth & devices < Mobile devices < Manage devices.

From what I saw, your account should automatically sign in but mine isn't for some reason. So when I try to sign in, the login window just flashes and does nothing.

Already did wsreset, exe and the getapppackage cmd in Powershell. sfc /scannow and DISM. I wanted to take advantage of this feature in preparation for upcoming updates like where you can use your phone's camera as a webcam. Any help would be appreciated.

I also have a video recording but no upload option is available. You can view the video here:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 23H2

Installed on ‎1/‎15/‎2024

OS build 22631.3235

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22687.1000.0

This login screen would flash like a fraction of a second.

Go to Control Panel -> User Account -> Change User Account Control Settings.
If the lowest option (Never Notify) is selected, move up the slide to "Always Notify" or to the Windows recommended option (in bold), the one below "Always Notify."
Restart your computer and now the mobile devices sign in dialog should work.

Then, if you want, you can revert User Account Control Settings back to "Never Notify". But if you want disable UAC controls completely you must also:

    1. Change to 0 the registry value of "EnableLUA" in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System;

    2) Open Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), expand Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> User Account Control, set to "Disabled" the policy "Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode" and restart the pc.

    Hi Daryl,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

The issue is either the Settings app, or the Cross device experience pack.

Please Reset the Settings app first and see if the issue resolves. Steps here:
