Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Could you try the update troubleshooter using these instructions:

    https://support.microsoft.com/windows/19bc41ca-...

If this doesn't work, I would next recommend using the SFC tool to try and repair the issue.

For steps on how to use this tool, please see here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/topic/79aa86cb-ca...

If this still doesn’t resolve the issue then try a repair upgrade using these instructions:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

"Think this is the same problem Yep Error 0x80070643 again!!!"

    Not so.

(0x80070643) indicates something cannot be installed, not why.

The something, in this case KB5001716 (S), is the problem. Win 10 64 bit refuses to install it. It installed KB5001716 the previous day, and it installed other updates the same day, which would indicate KB5001716 (S) is faulty, not that the update software is faulty.

With this update in particular more users are reporting the same issue if it has been previously installed, you can try to delete the previously installed version and it should proceed:
