I am encountering difficulties installing the Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765) dated February 2024. The installation process is failing with the error code: 0x800f0831.

Delete or rename the folder C:$WinREAgent. Note that it's a hidden folder.
See if you can install the update after that.
