Your screenshot appears to be the same as my File Explorer. I don't remember it being different recently.

So as the tittle says, my file explorer has a really small address bar and refresh button. No clue what made it this way but it only happened after i update my windows and now i don't know how to make it revert back to normal again. Here's two image showing my "broken address bar" and a normal address bar.

Nope, it's quite a noticeable difference if you look at the bottom image, the refresh button is significantly smaller than the one above
Can you verify the version and build of Windows 10. Type winver in Search and select the top result. Post a screenshot or quote the details in full.
I also experience this kind of changes in my file explorer. Initially, the refresh button had a perfect square shape, but now it looks much narrower. I want to believe that this change resulted from a typical Windows Update. If that's the case, I wouldn't have to raise any complaints about it since it's a modification carried out by Microsoft's technicians in their updates. It could be just a minor visible glitch, and in future updates, they might rectify the file explorer interface error in Windows 10.
