Thank you for the information.
Even though it is not supported on M1 Macs, it seemed to start working. The issue was with configuration XMLs. I think documentation provides wrong link for the configurations I had issues with.

Hello
I try to deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for Mac via Intune.
I followed Microsoft's official guide to achieve this.
However, it seems the deployment is not successful on some part.
Having a closer look to error code does not provide much information.
The target device is Macbook Pro M1 (MacOS 11.3.1).
Any ideas what could cause the issue?

macOS devices with M1 processors are not supported.
I know we are working on adding support but there is nothing to share publicly at this time.
@Pekka Pekkonen I agree with Jason. Currently, macOS devices with M1 processors are not supported.
