some graphic cards have a specific extra port on wich you can directly connect and see if the drivers are correct i think
my monitor screen is black but has power and is connected properly
I have recently bought a new Monitor (24 inch 165hz Koorui) is has power and the cables are working properly but it does not show anything on the display I can move between my two monitors and drag apps from one monitor to the other but I cannot see what is happening is says so display is connected and I have tried multiple different cables.

2025-05-29T13:40:37+00:00 are you using a desktop or a laptop? what is the type of cable that you are using? HDMI, DP or USB-C? about the freezing and shutting down, thats sounds like an issue of the device not the screen.
