Fault 0x87d1fde8 in Password Profile for password type and length

For some time only 2 of our 19 laptops keep getting faultcode 0x87d1fde8 (Remediation failed) for the password type and the length of the password in the Password Profile in Device configuration. I know that for both laptops the type and the length of the passwords are correct. We have minimum demands in Intune because the policy is already secured in Azure (so I have been told by our Azure administrator)

Does anyone know in what area I should search to solve this problem?

the suggested solution is out of context and not relevant; I'm OMA-URI changing a local password, nothing to do with the domain user using the laptop; this is some kind of defect that nobody wants to acknowledge?

Hi I hope the following information can help admin who also encountered error details remediation failed (2016281112) and error code ERROR CODE 0x87d1fde8

The reason is because we have a local admin account with the following check box, "password never expires" and/or "user cannot change password", so far I have uncheck only one option "cannot change password" and the device becomes compliant. Regards
