Firewall eski ayarlarına dönmüyor. Windowsfirewall troubleshooting deniyorum "Kaspersky ya da başka firewall kullanıyorsunuz" diyor ama ortada hiçbir antivirüs yok.

(From Windows Firewall Error 0x6d9 “The snap-in failed to load”)

  1. Create a Restore Point.
  2. In the C:\ drive, create a folder named “Registry” — i.e., C:\Registry. Do not use any other folder name.
  3. Download the following zip file
    firewall_fix_windows_11.zip (for Windows 11)
    firewall_fix_windows_10.zip (for Windows 10)
  4. Save the .zip file to the desktop.
  5. Extract the four files from the Zip file to C:\Registry.
  6. From the C:\Registry folder, right-click “Run.bat” and choose “Run as administrator.”
  7. Restart Windows.

This fixes the issue. You can delete the C:\Registry folder.

BitDefender seems to be actively running on the computer. Maybe it's preventing the built-in Windows Firewall service from starting.
