What would make the text blurry on some of my programs windows?

I have tried many of the suggested solutions that I have found. I've changed the display to the recommended resolution. I have updated both Windows 11 and my graphic drivers. I have set the "Adjust Apperance and Performance Options" to both "Let Windows choose what's best for my computer and Adjust for best appearance. I also found and tried a regedit where I changed the Win8DpiScaling REG_DWORD value from 0 to 1. Then I added a new REG_DWORD named LogPixels and set the value to 78. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey Daniel,

My name is Ravi, an independent advisor and expert user. I am happy to help you. :)

I understand how annoying it can be to see such blurry text. Let's troubleshoot it together.

1). First of all, please ensure that the zoom function isn't on. Hold Ctrl+minus sign to check the zoom percentage. Ensure to set it to 100%.

2). If it is blurry only for a particular app, go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Select the app > Options > Change the options to "High Performance".

3). Please try these steps to enable an option.

Step 1. First, click on the Start menu and search for Fix apps that are blurry, and click on its entry to open it.

2). Step 2. In the “Fix scaling for apps” section, turn the switch on beside the “Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry” option.

4). Change DPI of an app.

Step 1. Open the Start menu and search for the app that is blurry. Then right-click on it the search results, and select the Open file location option.

Step 2. In the folder that opens, find the executable file and right-click it. After that, select the Properties option.

Step 3. In the app’s Properties dialog, choose the Compatibility tab and then hit the Change high DPI settings button.

Step 4. In the following window, check the box “Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings” and “Override high DPI scaling behaviour.”

Step 5. Then, choose the Application option from the dropdown menu of “Scaling performed by.”

Step 6. Finally, click the OK button to save the changes.

Restart your computer to check if the problem persists.

Feel free to get in touch again if you have any additional questions.

    Cheers,

    Ravi

    Hello,

Did you managed to get any fix for that issue? I'm having same problem along with some weird shadow flickering in 3d games. Common point of our configurations is the RTX 3070 GPU (with I7-12700K and 32GB RAM in my setup). I have tried multiple troubleshooting methods, checked CPU, Memory, SSDs, and GPU for errors and benchmarks, reinstalled OS multiple times, flashed BIOS - everything appears to work fine ... except that it's not.

    Regards
