Code 28 Network Controller

I just installed a new ssd and reinstalled windows 11 and there is no option to connect to WiFi. I checked my device manager and network controller says

The drivers for this device are not installed, (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I’m wondering if this is whats causing the WiFi issues. I clicked on update driver and it still couldn’t find one

My pc is a KAMRUI AMR5, it’s a mini pc I got on Amazon

    Hi James,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

You must download the appropriate drivers on a Phone or a USB drive and use them on the PC.

Can you tell us the hardware ID for further help in the driver properties?

Please update us on your progress.
