Unify my MCID

Question

I've recently passed on AZ-900 certification, and MS sent me an e-mail with an MCID. But when I log in with the same account that I've used to register to the exam, there is another MCID on the dashboard, and I can't see my badges and certificates.

Is there a way to unify these IDs?
