Hi,
in a client I notice I can launch an Outlook in the left monitor and It will be ok, but the same Outlook icon in the right monitor will not seem as open, and If I click on It, i'll get a second session of Outlook.
I can say Outlook as well as anothe program. I can't understand the meaning, it seems I have 2 machines not speaking each other.
What can i do?

Does this display issue only happen to Outlook? Can this issue be reproduced as well when using other programs?

If the issue also exists when using other programs, I'm afraid that the key point of your issue might be more related to your display settings instead of the Outlook desktop client. If you have any update about this issue, please feel free to post back.

It exists also using other program. Another point is the different dimensions of icons in the lower bar between the 2 monitors:

Do you think is this related to graphic settings?

Yeap, according to your screenshots, your issue looks like to be more related to your display settings of "multi-display" function. I tried some search about your issue and found that the “Show taskbar on all displays” option might cause similar issues like yours. So, please check your Show taskbar on all displays option and set it as All task bars to display the taskbar the same on both displays(if necessary).

By the way, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about windows settings.
