Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of this app

Question

I receive the error message "Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of this app". Normally I assume to be able to unblock the app. But the prompt does not have an option to do so.

How can I unblock this app? Or how do I get back the checkboxes to unblock the app? The user has admin rights. The Computer is managed with InTune, but no firewall related security options are set with InTune.

This app has already been blocked or unblocked for a different network type.

Thank you for the hint.

Do you know if there's any possiblity to get the checkmarks and allow button, when the pop-up is showing up, without having to go into the firewall settings for each program which is being blocked?

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Access the start menu select Settings > Privacy and Security tab > Windows Security > Firewall and Network Protection.

The option to allow a program through the Firewall.

Change Settings.

Allow Other Applications and Locate Select the program you want to allow.

Press okay and tick both network types.

Unfortunately, the only way to pop-up appears when removing the application from the windows firewall list or a new version with a different name than what is already registered in windows firewall.
