Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

Can you still boot to your Windows? If you still can please try to boot to Safemode with networking then please check if the machine will still freeze.

Please update all your drivers, chipset, Sound/Audio and video/display driver from the manufacturer's support website.

Then please clean your PC by following the steps below.

Please follow the steps below on how to optimize and clean your operating system.

To set your computer to best performance please navigate to Control Panel\System and Security\System, On the left side click on the Advance System Settings, Under System Properties go to Advanced Tab then on Performance click on Settings, Under Performance tick the radio button for Adjust for best performance, hit okay then hit apply.

Follow additional steps below to clean up your machine.

Disk Cleanup, Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "cleanmgr" and press Enter. This will open the Disk Cleanup utility.

Select the drive you want to clean up (usually the C: drive) and click OK.

Disk Cleanup will analyze your disk and display a list of files you can delete.

Check the boxes next to the types of files you want to remove (e.g., Temporary files, Recycle Bin, Thumbnails, etc.).

Click "OK" and then confirm by clicking "Delete Files."

Uninstall Unnecessary Applications, Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.

Go to "Apps" > "Apps & features."

Review the list of installed applications and uninstall any that you no longer need or use.

Delete Temporary Files, Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "%temp%" and press Enter. This will open the Temporary folder.

Select all files and folders (Ctrl + A) and delete them.

Remove Unused System Restore Points, Open the Start menu and search for "Create a restore point."

In the System Properties window, click "Configure" under the "Protection Settings" for your C: drive.

Click "Delete" to remove old restore points, but keep the most recent one for emergencies.

Clean Up Windows Update Files, Open the Start menu and search for "Disk Cleanup."

Select the C: drive (or your primary drive) and click "OK."

Click on "Clean up system files."

Check the box next to "Windows Update Cleanup."

Click "OK" and then "Delete Files."

Disable Hibernation (Optional),If you don't use hibernation, you can disable it to free up disk space. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type "powercfg.exe /hibernate off" and press Enter.

Optimize Startup Programs, Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.

Go to the "Startup" tab and disable unnecessary startup programs.

Open Command Prompt in the Start Menu then run as Admin then once you are on CMD please type sfc /scannow then press enter, wait for it to finish the boot back to normal mode.
