Hi Tomasz F'Érrie,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We use different language packs for testing. Through testing, we can find that the language display of the application UI is highly related to the language pack.It is currently unknown what is causing the issue you are experiencing. To better assist you in analyzing the phenomenon, I would like to confirm some information with you.
- What language is your system currently set to? English, Russian or other languages?
- What version and flavor of PowerShell is on your system? How does the problem behave? Open Snipping Tool and take a screenshot - Microsoft Support
- Do other terminals or applications have the same problem? In my test environment, PowerShell and Terminal are as follows.
Based on our testing process and test results, it is an idea to remove and reinstall the language pack, and then reset the system language.

- Before that, you can temporarily create a local account for testing. Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support Local accounts have a new profile and registry state, and using local accounts can eliminate most of the factors associated with user profiles.
This process may take some time, but this phenomenon is indeed a bit strange.
In order to help you analyze this problem, and for us to better understand the possible reasons behind this problem, we sincerely invite you to test the above ideas and welcome you to provide us with tests result.
Thank you for your time and effort working on this issue.
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Best Regards,
