I just got a Canon Pixma MG3620. Fresh out of the box, all set up and Windows 10 won't detect it. Bluetooth is turned on in Windows and on the printer. It doesn't give me the 3620 but instead gives me 3 HP printers I don't own. I need this to print something immediately and it doesn't even work. The troubleshooter says nothing is wrong (of course) and I need this to work right now.
EDIT: Connected a USB cable. Now it's connected to the PC but still won't print. It just sits there. Sometimes it starts making noise but doesn't actually do anything. This thing is brand-new and doesn't work and I need it to work right now for important documents.

You will need to install the Canon software and driver package for this model from Canon’s official website. And make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi on the printer side. Then you can have the computer detect the printer after the above steps are done.
