Visual Studio - No issues found bug

So basically im trying to code and whatever i type in it says no issues found for example i typed :
wadsaopda opdasok
';asld'as;lock

dl  l;sbyte

and it still said no issues found how do i fix it?

Which version of Visual Studio are you using?

You can uncheck the option “Show file health indicator” to hide “No issues found”.

Hello.
I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019
Version 16.10.0

I want to see if my script is correct without any bugs, but all the times when I code it always says no issues found. So I tried making bugs on purpose and it still says no issues found. I want to be able to see my mistakes and learn from them.

Hi Nojus, have you tried to create a new project and check if the situation occurs in specific project?
Besides, you can also try to repair your VS in your Visual Studio Installer > More > Repair.
Meanwhile, you can view the similar issue that has been reported: https://github.com/microsoft/PTVS/issues/6336.

Hello Anna.
This happens to me when i open the C# script from unity and says no issues found always, so i tried creating a new project and seems like everything works it says where are all the issues and stuff. So in conclusion it only occurs in unity. And yes i have tried repairing Visual Studio.

YES I FIXED IT!.
Alright so the problem was that i opened the script not with visual studio community but with some program called devenv.exe???.
