After updating to Windows 10 - 20H2, I get the following error when trying to run any Office365 desktop Apps:
" windows cannot access this specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
Tried the usual uninstall/reinstall of office as well as check permissions. Tried removing the profile and recreating windows user profile. Same error.

Try boot into the Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
