factory reset computer with missing network driver’

my wi-fi option went missing in my asu’s computer. at the time i didn’t know it was due to my network driver, so i factory reset the computer. now i can’t get past the initial set up because i can’t connect to a wi-fi. i have the network dricer downloaded to a external hard drive, but the command prompt won’t come up nor ctr. alt delete

    Can you try this method?

    > Open Command Prompt while in OOBE(Press Shift + F10).

    > Copy-paste the command below and enter: OOBE\BYPASSNRO

    > Wait for the system to restart automatically.
