Hello Jaygourley,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
There isn’t much known about these updates other than the information that they make changes to detention logic for windows security.

There is an update called "Windows Intelligence Update" in Update history under "Other Updates" category. My Update History shows the first installation on 2/1/2023. Curiously, there is no "Learn More" link next to these updates. As far as I can tell, all updates under Feature Updates, Quality Updates, Definition Updates, and Other Updates have a "Learn More" link, except this unexplained update. I did some quick searches broadly across the Internet. I found a few other people asking this question, but none of the questions had an answer. I'm not asking about "Security Intelligence Updates" that appear under "Definition Updates" in Update History.

I believe Windows Intelligence updates are AI-based updates with next generation protection.
