I keep getting sent a 6 digit verification code instead of a 7 digit code while trying to sign in.

I can’t get into my computer. Was sent six digit code instead of seven. My new password won’t work either on it when trying to change pin.

I saw that it was a Microsoft problem on other entries. I got in by changing my password again on the device, and they finally sent me a seven digit code. Thank you for your quick reply!

    Sadly, the code digit problem is from Microsoft's end - they are working to resolve it. Re:The password, did you ensure about the uppercase/Lowercase?
