Unable to find my Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate in my dashboard

Respected sir,
I am SASUMANA VINAY KUMAR.
I finished my main exam of TCS Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) on the 25th of May at the 4:30 PM slot.
I secured a score of 771 and I passed the exam and my ceriport ID is 90084877.
I received a mail from Microsoft Certification Program regarding my certificate with ID 991528888
In that message, they said I can find my certificate in Microsoft learning Dashboard, but there is no certificate added to my profile.
Kindly please consider this and suggest any solution to resolve this issue.
