[SOLVED] Memory Management Error not fixing, PLEASE HELP

Question

I have been getting constant memory management bsod errors every 2-3hours for the past 4 MONTHS. It all started when I was playing this game that I allocated more Ram to, which could have been the problem, but the thing is that ever since I played that game I have reinstalled Windows 11 over 4 Times now, that game is gone from my system, I have ran tons of different types of scans multiple times, tried tons of different bsod configurations and much more things.

When this Memory_management bsod problem usually happens, my both gpu and cpu are at low temperature (such as 40-50celsius), and when the bsod happens im usually either browsing chrome, watching a youtube video or download a file. When the bsod happen im usually using around 6GB of my 16GB stored ram on background processes and other apps. The reason why this problem is making me go crazy is because I have recently upgraded almost my entire computer, however the only parts I didn't upgrade was the power supply and the RAM (mainly because I read that 16gb ram and 650W is enough, especially since this bsod occurs when the computer is not using much power or ram).

I also noticed that after the memory management bsod error when my computer restarts I also get the problem ''Reboot and select proper boot device" for which I've tried to fix by changing the boot order, reinstalling windows, selecting "proper boot device'' and running some scans. When I reinstalled my windows 11 for the first time, because of this bsod, I also got some bsod error such as: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, however I think I managed to fix those by manually updating my GPU drivers.

Things I have tried:
Reinstalling Windows 11, resetting my pc, switching my ram with other (working) ram, running sfc scan, running DISM scan, running Windows memory diagnostic tool, running bsod troubleshoot, running memtest86 (got 4/4 passes and 0 errors), updating my drivers (however I think the drivers might still be the problem, since i'm not sure if they actually updated), resetting BIOS settings to default, Disabling and enabling XMP, disconnecting all cables and completely unconnecting the PC from power then connecting it back, changing the boot order and selecting proper boot device, running scans in safemode, relocating the windows folder from C to D drive, checking the health of my ssd and hdd, upgrading my motherboard, cpu, gpu.

I also made a minidump folder and selected the bsod dump files to be automatically stored there, however after bsod restart I don't find any files in my Minidump folder. While trying to fix this memory management bsod for the past week I have also ran into some problem where after every restart my computer goes into automatic repair and says ''automatic repair failed to fix the problem'' and it didnt even let me to reset my pc, however this problem got fixed by itself after not using the computer for a day. I also currently don't have working case fans, because the cable don't fit with my new gpu (I ordered a rgb controller for the cables) but as I said I don't think the fans are the problem, because when the bsod occurs the temperature isn't high and the problem was occuring when the fans was working aswell.

16gb (2x8gb) 2133mhz c16 corsair vengeance memory (2~ years old)
corsair cv650 psu (2~ years old)
gigabyte b550 aorus elite v2 motherboard (new)
ak620 cpu cooler (new)

Conclusion of the proble: Memory Management bsod error when browsing chrome, watching youtube video or download a file, followed by the ''Reboot and select proper boot device problem" (Which fixes after just rebooting), and I can't manage to fix this bsod problem after resetting pc and upgrading it.
Im not saying the problem isn't letting me use my pc, it "fixes" after restarting the computer, however I've been trying to install a 160gb file recently and it cancels everytime I get bsod out of nowhere and overall is just a very annoying problem, also my dump file isn't generating after the bsod occurs.
Tell me if u need any more information or extra things I should know and please help me fix this problem, it's making me go crazy.

Your new minidump files indicate a driver associated to some SteelSeries device connected to your PC is causing the crashes, you should completely uninstall those drivers, then download the latest version they provide on their website.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

To try to force Windows 11 show any faulting drivers and produce minidump files, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

verifier /reset

verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

Boot your PC into BOS, find the option to restore Optimized BIOS defaults and apply that and save those settings.

Then check if that resolves the problem, if not, check on the support page for you PC for any BIOS update that may be available and not yet installed.

I have not been getting bsod after running driver verifier, however could you help me fix "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert Boot media in selected boot device and press a key" problem? This problem occurs almost everytime I restart my computer, I tried to change bios Boot order but doesn't seem to work. Any tips? Thanks again for the help

I think the "Reboot and select proper boot device" fixed however im still getting memory management bsod, When I ran driver verifier I got bsod "Driver verifier detected violation" and it was supposed to tell me what driver was causing the problem but no driver was provided. Also when I get the "Driver verifier detected violation" problem a dump file is made I checked it and it was 0xC4 bug, but when a memory management bsod happens, no dump file is generated.
