I run a Windows 10 2004, I kept it for about a year and A Half and everything was fast and great! Until this afternoon, I went to this website where I usually create Intros for my YouTube Channel, But after I downloaded the video, I tried to open it but it still didn't open, then later I tried to delete it but it wont delete, because file explorer takes ages to load the page to delete the file, Then all the sudden I refreshed my downloads and it was so slow, it wouldn't even load, i found 1 fix which is to restart the file explorer but even if i do that, it just keeps on going, even restarting didn't work, now I just have to call someone to see if any of you know how to fix this, my file explorer won't even load quick access, as well as "This Pc", nothing opens at all, My pc has 4GB RAM with An Intel i3 core, and 9th gen, It also has Intel HD Graphics 900 something, Not really sure about that, My pc Is clearly still very fast, But my file explorer is the only issue, pls can someone tell me how to fix it?

(BTW I used www.panzoid.com if anyone was curious)

    1) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan

    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
