How do I delete the Mcafee dialog box shown below. I accidentally agreed to download the Mcafee Security Software app and immediately uninstalled it. However, this dialog box keeps popping up every time I restart.

    John DeV,

    I appreciate your response.

I plan to simply live with the McAfee trojan horse that they attached to my original download and installation of their software app. After, several unsuccessful attempts to get rid of the McAfee trojan horse, I have decided to not attempt any further steps.

I will never license a McAfee software app again. I admired McAfee Security Software over the years; however, in my mind they are at the opposite end of the safety and security software spectrum now.

I downloaded McAfee by accident as it was attached to another app I wanted and loaded. I failed to see the McAfee check box where I agreed to download McAfee along with the other app. I'll be more careful going forward.

    Thanks again for your effort,

    RobertO365
